Who we are

YWL! was born from the dream of two friends to facilitate international talent's access to the European market. Eduardo Vidolin, a Brazilian native, felt the urge to discover the world from an early age, and working in Europe has always been a dream. With expertise in finance and corporate administration, he dedicated much of his career to major enterprises in Brazil.

His journey took a pivotal turn when he met his now-partner, Georg Klausner. Coming from the Tyrol region in Austria, Georg brings a wealth of experience, having worked across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He offers consultancy and project management services in the field of digital marketing.

Together, they envisioned and crafted the perfect platform to link talented candidates with top employers in Austria and Germany. Rooted in the fusion of two cultures and propelled by their shared vision, You Work Life! emerged as a beacon of opportunity, bridging the gap between international talent and the best opportunities abroad.
