Organic Matching Process

Our candidate-company matching process is completely organic and driven by market demand. The process of finding a suitable position usually takes from two to twelve months, and our team is actively reviewing applications to identify the best fit.

Information Analysis

Our dedicated team will review and analyze the information you provided in the form to better understand your unique strengths and preferences.

Document Check

You will be requested to submit additional documents for further analysis and review. This step is crucial to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of your qualifications.

Resume Presentation

Your resume will be presented to potential employers that align with your profile and career goals. Our objective is to find the perfect match for your skills and aspirations.

Company Interview

Once we identify a suitable opportunity, you will be interviewed directly by the company. We will provide guidance and advice to prepare you for this step.

Start of Visa Process

If the interview is successful, you will receive a job offer and we can start the visa process. We will handle the submission of all required paperwork to the authorities on your behalf for you to obtain a work and residence permit.

Can I apply for an opportunity as EU citizen?

Yes, European citizens can apply for our opportunities. For EU nationals, the only mandatory document is your passport or national ID. Optionally, companies might request statements from your previous employers to prove your work experience and your diploma and mark sheets. 

How long does it take for my application to be processed?

Your data enters our system immediately upon submission. The processing time depends on your qualifications and the interest of partner companies in your profile. 

What language do I need to speak to be able to apply for an opportunity?

Fluent English or/and German is essential for the application process, as we primarily work with opportunities that require proficiency in these languages.

How can I speed up my application?

If you meet the qualifications, sending a CV in English or German with a photo can accelerate the process of presenting your candidacy to partner companies. In addition to that, you can also submit your work statements and educational certificates to speed up the application review.
